I’m Monica Kranner, a certified nutritionist, mindset coach, and author. For many years, I’ve guided clients in Vienna, London, Los Angeles, and online toward lasting nutritional change and a new understanding of health.

My passion for international cuisine and eating habits sparked an early fascination with nutrition. Through numerous international seminars, lectures, and professional conferences, I continuously gather the latest and most innovative insights – all of which directly benefit my clients.

Cooking is also a personal passion of mine. I love experimenting with healthy ingredients before sharing my discoveries with others.

My Personal Health Journey

After seven miscarriages, I realised that nutrition alone is not enough and that body and mind must work together. That understanding became a turning point for me, and today it forms the foundation of my work.
